- Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued less the cancelation fee, if Kerbside creamery is provided with 48 hours notice via email (hello@kerbsidecreamery.com.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.
- If an order is requested to be cancelled within the 48 hour period, we are happy to offer a full credit note to use within 12 months.
- The customer will receive the full refund less the fee. Under no circumstances can an order be cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery or during the delivery.
- When a refund has been processed, it may take between 2-10 business days for the money to successfully process back into the customers account.
