How can I place an order?
All orders must be placed via our website.
Can I get same day delivery?
No, you must order before 4pm the day prior to receive your cake.
Where can I get my order delivered?
Can I order in advance?
You can place an order up to one month before you’d like to receive it, just be sure to select your preferred delivery date prior to checking out.
Can I make my cake a gift?
Yes! You can send any special person a gift message with your Kerbside Creamery cake.
Can I get my cake at a specific time?
All of our orders are completed between 11:30am and 5pm the same day, you can’t request a specific time as our delivery drivers routes are predetermined for them.
How should I store my cake after delivery?
You should keep your cakes refrigerated whenever you’re not eating them. All of our cakes are good for up to 5 days after delivery if kept refrigerated.
Can I pick up my cake?
We do not offer a pick-up option.
Are Kerbside Creamery cakes nut free?
Our cakes may contain traces of nuts.
Are Kerbside Creamery cakes Halal?
All of our cakes and toppings are Halal.
Are Kerbside Creamery products pregnancy safe?
We don’t use any unpasteurised milk or cheese in our cakes, we also bake our cakes so no raw eggs, making them safe to consume for anyone who is pregnant.
